TENTATIVE CALENDAR FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2021-2022

FIRST SEMESTER

1. 10 September, 2021 - Due date for Statement of Faith Outline submission (Final Year Students).

2. Dec 6-8, 2021 - 1st Semester Final Exam

3. Dec 9-10, 2021 - Annual Sports

4. Dec 11-5th Jan 2022 - Winter Break

SECOND SEMESTER

1. 6th January 2022 - College re-opens

2. 11 March 2022) - due date for final draft of Statement of Faith

3. 28th 30 march 2022 - 2nd Semester Final Exam

4. 18 March 2022 - Comprehensive Exam for Graduating Students

5. 1-2 of April 2022 - Oral Comprehensive

6. 8 April 2022 - 15th Graduation Exercise

7. College re-opens - early July - 2022

Notes:

1. The above schedules may be subjected to change under certain circumstance.
2. All students are requested to clear their fees respectively before final exam.

3. Statement of Faith fees will be Rs. 1500 per student.
4. All teachers are requested to conduct mid-term exam for their own subject in
their convenient times, for first semester not later than October 11, 2021, and for second semester February 14, 2022.

5. Student who fails in any subject must retake exam by paying 200 for each
subject.
6. All the teachers are requested to submit the marksheet to the registrar on/before 30 of march 2022.
